We take God at His word and expect to witness miracles within this organization. We have complete confidence in God and His sovereign provision. We want to see God do what only He can do.

We believe that we belong together and we have more fun when we work together. We consistently strive to build intentional relationships with everyone we encounter believing this will create a lifelong community. Relationships are at the core of everything we do.

We hold the value of honesty in very high regard. Honesty is the foundation of this organization. We have zero-tolerance for dishonesty within our team, operations, and staff.

We are an open book. When it comes to finances, operations, and the behind-the-scenes of this organization, we strive to be completely transparent in everything we do. We invite you to ask questions and be curious about the cause in which you are investing. Without our supporters and investors, we simply would not operate. We want YOU to have the utmost confidence and security in how every dollar that you give is spent. We will always support this with transparent annual reports that communicate how every dollar given, changed lives.

We believe that vision paired with action and passion is unstoppable. We understand the importance of stopping and taking intentional time to hear from The Lord as He ultimately shapes the vision for this organization. We promise to take time annually as a team, to get alone with the Lord and each other, receive leading from Him and cast vision as a team for the upcoming year. In fact, vision-casting weekend getaways with our team are one of the things we most look forward to as we believe in it, strongly!

YOU are welcomed here. We are passionate about cultivating a community that welcomes and loves all. There are children depending on it that need our help. We want to see a group of passionate people fighting for the same cause and finding an accepting, loving community along the way. Lead with intentionality. We strive to be intentional in all we do. Every decision and method of operation within Go Love has been made with intention and prayer at the foundation. The way we treat our donors and strive for them to feel celebrated and valued, comes with much intentionality. The way we care for our staff through incentives, vacation time and sustainable off days is with much intention because we value them. The way we structure these homes, the care and the attention and love that the children in our care receive, is with much planning, research and intention.

In a world that is changing, shifting, and conforming each and every day, we believe that the Word of God does not change, and is the only example that we use to direct our path and shape our beliefs. This organization believes every word of The Bible to be true, and alive and applicable still today. This organization and the operations within it are based on Biblical principles and values, led by brothers and sisters in Christ, and stewared in a Godly manner, according to The Bible. Specifically, as we lead these children, we believe that the only hope that we have to offer them and the only love that will truly heal their pain from the places that they have been is the Living Hope that we find as Christains in Jesus Christ.
